הצהרת נגישות

1. המחויבות שלנו

אתר Coin (coins.erezults.com) ואפליקציית Coin פועלים להנגשת השירות לכלל הציבור, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, בהתאם לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ברמת התאמה AA (המבוסס על WCAG 2.1 AA), לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות הנגישות לשירות. הנגשה היא תהליך מתמשך ואנו משפרים אותה באופן שוטף.

2. התאמות הנגישות באתר

• טקסט חלופי (alt) לכל התמונות המשמעותיות, כולל צילומי המסך, בעברית ובאנגלית.
• ניגודיות צבעים של 4.5:1 לפחות לטקסט רגיל.
• ניווט מלא במקלדת (Tab) לכל הקישורים, הכפתורים והשדות, עם סימון מוקד ברור וקישור "דלגו לתוכן הראשי".
• רכיב נגישות צף (בפינת המסך): הגדלת והקטנת טקסט, ניגודיות גבוהה ועצירת אנימציות. ההעדפות נשמרות בדפדפן.
• כיבוד הגדרת המערכת "הפחתת תנועה".
• מבנה HTML סמנטי (כותרות, ניווט, אזור תוכן ראשי) והגדרת שפה וכיווניות נכונות לעברית ולאנגלית.
• האתר מותאם לתצוגה בטלפון, בטאבלט ובמחשב, ותומך בהגדלה עד 200% ללא אובדן תוכן.

3. התאמות הנגישות באפליקציה

• תמיכה בקורא המסך VoiceOver — לכפתורים, לשדות ולפעולות יש תוויות ותפקידי נגישות מתארים.
• כל הפעולות זמינות ללא מחוות מגע מורכבות, ולחצני הפעולה בגודל נגיש (44 נקודות לפחות).
• ניגודיות של 4.5:1 לפחות במצב בהיר ובמצב כהה.
• פריסת ימין-לשמאל מלאה בעברית.
• אין מידע חיוני המועבר בצבע או באנימציה בלבד — לצד הגרפים מוצגים גם הנתונים המספריים.

4. מגבלות ידועות

ייתכן שרכיבים בודדים טרם הונגשו במלואם — למשל גרף ההשקעה המפורט, שמידע מקביל לו מוצג גם בכרטיסי הסיכום. אנו ממשיכים לבדוק ולתקן ונשמח לכל דיווח.

ההצהרה עודכנה ב-17 באוקטובר 2026 ונבדקת מחדש עם כל שינוי מהותי באתר או באפליקציה.

1. Our commitment

The Coin website (coins.erezults.com) and the Coin app work to make the service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at conformance level AA (based on WCAG 2.1 AA), the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Service Accessibility Regulations. Accessibility is ongoing work and we keep improving it.

2. Website accessibility features

• Alternative text (alt) for all meaningful images, including screenshots, in Hebrew and English.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text.
• Full keyboard navigation (Tab) for all links, buttons and fields, with a clear focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
• A floating accessibility widget (in the screen corner): increase/decrease text, high contrast and stop animations. Preferences are saved in your browser.
• Respects the system "Reduce motion" setting.
• Semantic HTML (headings, navigation, main region) and correct language and direction for Hebrew and English.
• Responsive on phone, tablet and desktop, supporting zoom up to 200% without loss of content.

3. App accessibility features

• VoiceOver support — buttons, fields and actions have descriptive labels and roles.
• All actions work without complex gestures, and action buttons have accessible sizes (at least 44 points).
• Contrast of at least 4.5:1 in both light and dark mode.
• Full right-to-left Hebrew layout.
• No essential information is conveyed by colour or animation alone — charts are accompanied by the numbers.

4. Known limitations

Some individual components may not yet be fully accessible — for example the detailed investment chart, whose information is also shown in the summary cards. We keep testing and fixing, and welcome every report.
