מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה (מומלץ)

פתחו את Coin והקישו על הגדרות (גלגל השיניים בראש המסך).
הקישו חשבון ("התנתקות ומחיקת חשבון").
בתחתית, הקישו "מחק את החשבון שלי לצמיתות" ואשרו.
באישור הסופי הקלידו מחק, הזינו את הסיסמה הנוכחית (או אמתו את זהותכם עם Apple אם נרשמתם עם Apple), והקישו על מחיקה סופית.

החשבון והנתונים נמחקים מיד, ואתם מנותקים מהאפליקציה. הפעולה אינה הפיכה. מומלץ לייצא קודם את הנתונים (כפתור "ייצוא" בכל לשונית, ודוח רווח הון ב-CSV/PDF).

מחיקה במייל (אם אין גישה לאפליקציה)

שלחו מייל ל-coins.support@erezults.com מכתובת האימייל של החשבון, עם הנושא "מחיקת חשבון Coin". אם נרשמתם עם Apple והשתמשתם ב"הסתר את האימייל שלי", ציינו זאת. נאמת שהבקשה הגיעה מבעל החשבון, נמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום לכל היותר, ונאשר לכם במייל.

מה נמחק

החשבון עצמו (אימייל, שם תצוגה, הזדהות — כולל הקישור ל-Sign in with Apple).
כל הרכישות (ביטקוין עצמי, ביטקוין מהחזרי אשראי, אתריום), המכירות והתראות המחיר.
ההגדרות, מטמון המחירים, ונתוני ה-AI (מוני שימוש, תיקונים, כללים שנלמדו והעדפות).
יומן התקלות הפנימי שקשור לחשבון, ורשומות זכאות ל-Premium.

מה נשמר

רשומות עסקאות Apple — נשמרות ללא קישור אליכם (מזהה המשתמש מוסר), לצורך הודעות מנוי, החזרים ורישום כספי.
יומן ביקורת של גישת תמיכה — אם המפתח צפה בחשבון לצורך תמיכה, רשומת הביקורת נשמרת כרשומת אבטחה.
דוחות קריסה ב-Sentry — נמחקים אוטומטית בתום תקופת השמירה (עד 90 יום).

המנוי לא מתבטל אוטומטית. אם יש לכם Coin Premium פעיל — בטלו אותו בהגדרות האייפון ← השם שלכם ← מינויים, אחרת Apple תמשיך לחייב. איך מבטלים.

נרשמתם עם Apple? אפשר גם להסיר את Coin מהגדרות האייפון ← השם שלכם ← כניסה עם Apple.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Coin and tap Settings (the gear icon at the top).
Tap Account ("חשבון" — sign out and delete account).
At the bottom, tap "Delete my account permanently" ("מחק את החשבון שלי לצמיתות") and confirm.
In the final confirmation type מחק ("delete"), enter your current password (or verify with Apple if you signed up with Apple), and tap the final delete button.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data first (the "Export" button on each tab, and the capital-gains report as CSV/PDF).

Delete by email (if you can't access the app)

Email coins.support@erezults.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my Coin account". If you signed up with Apple using "Hide My Email", say so. We'll verify the request comes from the account owner, delete the account within 30 days at most, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

The account itself (email, display name, authentication — including the Sign in with Apple link).
All purchases (self-bought Bitcoin, Bitcoin from credit-card rebates, Ethereum), sales and price alerts.
Settings, the price cache, and AI data (usage counters, corrections, learned rules and preferences).
The internal error log linked to the account, and Premium entitlement records.

What is kept

Apple transaction records — kept unlinked from you (the user ID is removed), for subscription notifications, refunds and financial records.
Support-access audit log — if the developer viewed the account for support, the audit entry is kept as a security record.
Sentry crash reports — deleted automatically at the end of the retention period (up to 90 days).

Your subscription is not cancelled automatically. If you have an active Coin Premium subscription, cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple will keep charging. How to cancel.

Signed up with Apple? You can also remove Coin in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
