Coin
אפליקציית Coin (בחנות: CoinTrackLover, בתוך האפליקציה: "מעקב קריפטו") היא אפליקציה אישית למעקב אחרי השקעות בביטקוין ובאתריום, לאייפון ולאייפד. האפליקציה מופעלת על ידי ארז כהן, E-REZULTS, ישראל ("אנחנו"). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נשמר, למה, אצל מי, לכמה זמן — ואיך מוחקים אותו. איננו מוכרים מידע, לא מציגים פרסומות ולא משתמשים בטראקרים פרסומיים.
1. המידע שאנחנו שומרים
1.1 חשבון
- כתובת אימייל ושם תצוגה (אם בחרתם), וסטטוס אישור החשבון.
- סיסמה — נשמרת אצל ספק ההזדהות רק כגיבוב (hash). אנחנו לעולם לא רואים אותה.
- Sign in with Apple — אם התחברתם עם Apple, אנחנו מקבלים מ-Apple מזהה משתמש קבוע (ייחודי לאפליקציה שלנו) ואת כתובת האימייל ש-Apple משתפת — ייתכן שזו כתובת ממסר פרטית של Apple ("Hide My Email"). איננו מקבלים את הסיסמה של Apple ID.
1.2 הנתונים שאתם מזינים
- רכישות — ביטקוין עצמי, ביטקוין מהחזרי אשראי ואתריום: תאריך, סכום בשקלים, מחיר המטבע, כמות, מספר אסמכתא והערות.
- מכירות (לדוח רווח הון): מטבע, כמות, תאריך, תמורה בשקלים והערות.
- התראות מחיר: מטבע, כיוון (מעל/מתחת), מחיר יעד, האם פעילה ומתי הופעלה.
- הגדרות: מטבע תצוגה, ערכת נושא, פלטת צבעים, אייקון ולשונית אחרונה; וכן מחירי המטבעות האחרונים שנטענו (מטמון).
1.3 תכונות AI
- מונה שימוש חודשי בסריקות (כדי לאכוף את מכסת החינם).
- למידה מתיקונים (Premium, ניתן לכיבוי): כשאתם מתקנים ערך שה-AI חילץ, נשמרים שם השדה, הערך שה-AI הציע, הערך שתיקנתם (עד 400 תווים כל אחד), הלשונית/המטבע ומספר הפעמים — וכן כללים קצרים בעברית שנגזרים מהם, והעדפות הלמידה שלכם (פעיל/כבוי וכללים שהסרתם). תמונות לא נשמרות.
1.4 רכישות בתוך האפליקציה
Apple מעבדת את התשלום. אנחנו שומרים רק את מזהה העסקה של Apple, מזהה העסקה המקורי, מזהה המוצר, מזהה חשבון האפליקציה (app account token), סטטוס המנוי, מועד התפוגה והסביבה (ייצור/בדיקה). איננו רואים ואיננו שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי או אמצעי תשלום.
1.5 נתוני תקלות
- Sentry — דוחות קריסה ותקלות מגרסאות הייצור: סוג השגיאה, מעקב טכני (stack trace), גרסת האפליקציה, דגם ומערכת הפעלה, ומזהה משתמש פנימי. לפני השליחה מוסרים נתוני בקשות, הודעות קונסול ופרמטרים מכתובות. לא נשלחים נתוני הרכישות שלכם.
- יומן תקלות פנימי — הודעת שגיאה קצרה (עד 500 תווים), מעקב טכני (עד 2,000 תווים), נתיב המסך (ללא פרמטרים), גרסה, פלטפורמה ומזהה משתמש. נגיש רק למפתח.
1.6 מידע שנשאר במכשיר בלבד
- ווידג'ט — תמונת מצב (שווי, רווח/הפסד, יתרות) נשמרת באחסון משותף מקומי בין האפליקציה לווידג'ט. הווידג'ט לא ניגש לרשת. התמונה נמחקת בהתנתקות.
- התראות מחיר נשלחות כהתראות מקומיות של המכשיר — לא דרך שרת ולא כהתראות Push.
- סימון שצפיתם במסכי הפתיחה.
2. סריקת אישור רכישה ב-AI
רק כשאתם בוחרים לסרוק תמונה: התמונה נשלחת בחיבור מוצפן לפונקציית השרת שלנו, שמעבירה אותה דרך שער AI (כיום Lovable AI Gateway) למודל Google Gemini, לצורך חילוץ תאריך, סכום, מחיר, כמות, אסמכתא והערות. התוצאה מוצגת לכם לבדיקה ולעריכה לפני שמירה.
התמונה לא נשמרת אצלנו — לא במסד הנתונים, לא באחסון קבצים ולא ביומנים. היא מעובדת רק לצורך אותה בקשה, ואינה משמשת לפרסום. נשמר רק מונה הסריקות החודשי. אפשר תמיד להזין רכישות ידנית בלי AI בכלל.
3. מחירי מטבעות
האפליקציה מושכת מחירי ביטקוין ואתריום ישירות מה-API הציבורי של CoinGecko. CoinGecko מקבלת בקשה רגילה (כולל כתובת ה-IP של המכשיר) אבל שום פרט מהחשבון או מהרכישות שלכם.
4. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- לתת את השירות: לשמור ולסנכרן את הנתונים, לחשב שווי, רווח/הפסד ודוח רווח הון.
- לאמת מנויי Premium מול Apple ולטפל בחידושים, ביטולים והחזרים.
- לאתר ולתקן תקלות, ולהגן על השירות (למשל הגבלת קצב ותיעוד אירועי אבטחה עם מזהה משתמש).
- לשלוח הודעות שירות חיוניות בלבד — קוד אימות בהרשמה וקוד לאיפוס סיסמה.
איננו משתמשים במידע לפרסום, איננו עוקבים אחריכם בין אפליקציות ואתרים, ואיננו שולחים דיוור שיווקי — ולכן אין רשימת תפוצה שיש להסיר ממנה.
5. אבטחה וגישה
- הנתונים נשמרים במסד נתונים של Supabase (PostgreSQL), מוצפנים בהעברה (TLS).
- הרשאות ברמת השורה (RLS) מבטיחות שכל משתמש ניגש רק לנתונים שלו.
- גישת תמיכה: המפתח (מנהל יחיד) רואה את רשימת כתובות האימייל של המשתמשים ואת סטטוס האישור שלהם, ויכול — לצורך תמיכה ואיתור תקלות בלבד — לצפות באפליקציה כפי שמשתמש מסוים רואה אותה. כל גישה כזו מתועדת ביומן ביקורת (אימייל המנהל, אימייל המשתמש ומועד).

ייתכן שחלק מהספקים מעבדים מידע מחוץ לישראל. אנחנו מעבירים להם רק את המינימום הדרוש לתפקידם.
7. כמה זמן המידע נשמר
- חשבון, רכישות, מכירות, התראות, הגדרות ונתוני AI — כל עוד החשבון קיים; נמחקים במחיקת החשבון.
- תמונות לסריקה — לא נשמרות כלל.
- יומן התקלות הפנימי — נמחק יחד עם החשבון.
- Sentry — נמחק אוטומטית בתום תקופת השמירה של Sentry (עד 90 יום).
- רשומות עסקאות Apple — לאחר מחיקת החשבון נשמרות ללא קישור אליכם (מזהה המשתמש מוסר), כרשומה של עסקאות Apple הנדרשת לטיפול בהודעות מנוי, החזרים ורישום כספי.
- יומן ביקורת של גישת תמיכה — נשמר כרשומת אבטחה גם לאחר מחיקת החשבון.
8. מחיקת החשבון
באפליקציה: הגדרות (גלגל השיניים) ← חשבון ← "מחק את החשבון שלי לצמיתות", ואז אישור סופי. המחיקה מסירה את החשבון ואת כל הנתונים שבסעיף 1 (למעט מה שמפורט בסעיף 7). הפעולה אינה הפיכה. אפשר גם לבקש מחיקה במייל. פרטים מלאים: מחיקת חשבון.
שימו לב: מחיקת החשבון לא מבטלת מנוי Premium פעיל — יש לבטל אותו בהגדרות Apple ID (ראו מנויים). אם התחברתם עם Apple, תוכלו גם להפסיק את השימוש ב-Apple ID עם Coin בהגדרות האייפון ← השם שלכם ← כניסה עם Apple.
9. הזכויות שלכם
- עיון ותיקון — כל הנתונים גלויים וניתנים לעריכה באפליקציה.
- ייצוא — ייצוא JSON לכל לשונית, ודוח רווח הון ב-CSV/PDF.
- מחיקה — כמתואר בסעיף 8.
- כיבוי הלמידה מתיקונים — בהגדרות ← למידה מותאמת אישית.
- לכל בקשה לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות — פנו אלינו במייל ונשיב תוך זמן סביר.
10. ילדים
Coin אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים. אם נודע לכם שילד מסר לנו מידע — פנו אלינו ונמחק אותו.
11. האתר הזה
האתר coins.erezults.com לא משתמש בעוגיות, בכלי אנליטיקה או בסקריפטים של צד שלישי, ולא טוען גופנים חיצוניים. הוא שומר בדפדפן (localStorage) רק את בחירת השפה והעדפות רכיב הנגישות. מידע זה נשאר במכשיר שלכם. דפי האימות שתחת /auth פונים ישירות לשרת ההזדהות של Coin רק כשפותחים אותם מקישור במייל.
12. שינויים במדיניות
אנחנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו. התאריך בראש הדף יתעדכן, ושינוי מהותי יובא לידיעתכם גם באפליקציה.

Coin (App Store name: CoinTrackLover; in-app: "מעקב קריפטו") is a personal app for tracking Bitcoin and Ethereum investments on iPhone and iPad. It is operated by Erez Cohen, E-REZULTS, Israel ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we store, why, with whom, for how long — and how to delete it. We don't sell data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.
1. Information we store
1.1 Account
- Email address, an optional display name, and your account approval status.
- Password — kept by the authentication provider only as a hash. We never see it.
- Sign in with Apple — if you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable user identifier from Apple (unique to our app) and the email address Apple shares, which may be a private relay address ("Hide My Email"). We never receive your Apple ID password.
1.2 Data you enter
- Purchases — self-bought Bitcoin, Bitcoin from credit-card rebates, and Ethereum: date, amount in ₪, coin price, quantity, reference number and notes.
- Sales (for the capital-gains report): coin, quantity, date, proceeds in ₪ and notes.
- Price alerts: coin, direction (above/below), target price, whether active and when triggered.
- Settings: display currency, theme, colour palette, icon and last tab; plus the last loaded coin prices (cache).
1.3 AI features
- A monthly usage counter for scans (to enforce the free allowance).
- Learning from corrections (Premium, can be turned off): when you correct a value the AI extracted, we store the field name, the AI's value, your corrected value (up to 400 characters each), the tab/coin and a count — plus short rules derived from them and your learning preferences (on/off and rules you removed). No images are stored.
1.4 In-app purchases
Apple processes the payment. We store only Apple's transaction ID, original transaction ID, product ID, the app account token, subscription status, expiry date and environment (production/sandbox). We never see or store card or payment details.
1.5 Error data
- Sentry — crash and error reports from production builds: error type, stack trace, app version, device model and OS, and an internal user ID. Request data, console messages and URL parameters are removed before sending. Your purchase data is not sent.
- Internal error log — a short error message (≤500 characters), stack trace (≤2,000 characters), screen path (no parameters), version, platform and user ID. Readable only by the developer.
1.6 Data that stays on your device
- Widget — a snapshot (value, profit/loss, holdings) is kept in local storage shared between the app and its widget. The widget makes no network calls. The snapshot is cleared when you sign out.
- Price alerts are delivered as local device notifications — not through a server and not as push notifications.
- A flag that you've seen the intro screens.
2. AI receipt scanning
Only when you choose to scan an image: the image is sent over an encrypted connection to our server function, which passes it through an AI gateway (currently Lovable AI Gateway) to a Google Gemini model to extract the date, amount, price, quantity, reference and notes. The result is shown to you to review and edit before saving.
We do not keep the image — not in the database, not in file storage and not in logs. It is processed only for that request and is never used for advertising. Only the monthly scan counter is stored. You can always enter purchases manually without AI.
3. Coin prices
The app fetches Bitcoin and Ethereum prices directly from CoinGecko's public API. CoinGecko receives an ordinary request (including your device's IP address) but nothing from your account or purchases.
4. How we use information
- To provide the service: store and sync your data, compute value, profit/loss and the capital-gains report.
- To verify Premium subscriptions with Apple and handle renewals, cancellations and refunds.
- To find and fix bugs and protect the service (e.g. rate limiting and logging security events with a user ID).
- To send essential service emails only — a sign-up verification code and a password-reset code.
We don't use your data for advertising, don't track you across apps or websites, and send no marketing email — so there is no mailing list to unsubscribe from.
5. Security and access
- Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and encrypted in transit (TLS).
- Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures each user can access only their own data.
- Support access: the developer (a single administrator) can see the list of user email addresses and their approval status and can — for support and troubleshooting only — view the app as a specific user sees it. Every such access is recorded in an audit log (administrator email, user email and time).

Some providers may process data outside Israel. We share with each only the minimum needed for its role.
7. Retention
- Account, purchases, sales, alerts, settings and AI data — for as long as your account exists; deleted when you delete your account.
- Images for scanning — never retained.
- Internal error log — deleted together with your account.
- Sentry — deleted automatically at the end of Sentry's retention period (up to 90 days).
- Apple transaction records — after account deletion they are kept unlinked from you (the user ID is removed), as a record of Apple transactions needed for subscription notifications, refunds and financial records.
- Support-access audit log — kept as a security record, including after account deletion.
8. Deleting your account
In the app: Settings (gear icon) → Account ("חשבון") → "Delete my account permanently" ("מחק את החשבון שלי לצמיתות"), then confirm. This removes your account and all data in section 1 (except as listed in section 7). It cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by email. Full details: Delete your account.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings (see Plans). If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using your Apple ID with Coin in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
9. Your rights
- Access and correction — all your data is visible and editable in the app.
- Export — JSON export per tab, and the capital-gains report as CSV/PDF.
- Deletion — as described in section 8.
- Turn off learning from corrections — Settings → Personalised learning ("למידה מותאמת אישית").
- For any request under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (or other applicable law), email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
10. Children
Coin is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you learn that a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. This website
coins.erezults.com uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts, and loads no external fonts. It stores only your language choice and accessibility-widget preferences in your browser (localStorage); this stays on your device. The pages under /auth contact Coin's authentication server directly, only when opened from an email link.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change, and material changes will also be announced in the app.
