תנאי שימוש

1. הסכמה לתנאים

הורדה או שימוש באפליקציית Coin (בחנות: CoinTrackLover) מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. האפליקציה מופעלת על ידי ארז כהן, E-REZULTS, ישראל. אם אינכם מסכימים — אל תשתמשו באפליקציה.

2. הסכם הרישיון של Apple (EULA)

האפליקציה ניתנת ברישיון בכפוף להסכם רישיון משתמש הקצה הסטנדרטי של Apple (Standard EULA). תנאים אלה משלימים אותו; במקרה של סתירה לגבי הרישיון לאפליקציה — הוראות ה-EULA של Apple גוברות. Apple אינה צד לתנאים אלה ואינה אחראית לאפליקציה או לתמיכה בה.

3. מה השירות

Coin היא כלי אישי למעקב אחרי רכישות ומכירות של ביטקוין ואתריום שאתם מזינים: שווי התיק מול ההשקעה, רווח/הפסד, ביטקוין מהחזרי אשראי, התראות מחיר, דוח רווח הון, ווידג'ט וסריקת אישורי רכישה ב-AI.

• Coin לא קונה, מוכרת או מחזיקה מטבעות, אינה ארנק, ואינה מתחברת לבורסה, לבנק או לכרטיס האשראי שלכם.
• המחירים מגיעים מ-CoinGecko ועשויים להיות באיחור או לא מדויקים.

4. אין ייעוץ השקעות או מס

כל הנתונים והחישובים — כולל שווי, רווח/הפסד ודוח רווח ההון (התאמה לפי FIFO ושנת מס) — נועדו למעקב אישי בלבד, הם הערכה, ואינם ייעוץ השקעות, ייעוץ פיננסי או ייעוץ מס. לפני כל החלטה או דיווח לרשויות המס — היוועצו באיש מקצוע מוסמך.

5. חשבון

• נרשמים עם אימייל וסיסמה (עם קוד אימות במייל) או עם Sign in with Apple.
• יש למסור פרטים נכונים ולשמור על סודיות הסיסמה. אתם אחראים לפעילות בחשבון.
• ייתכן שחשבון חדש יידרש לאישור לפני גישה מלאה.

6. התוכן שלכם

הנתונים שאתם מזינים שייכים לכם. אתם מעניקים לנו רישיון מוגבל לשמור ולעבד אותם רק כדי לספק לכם את השירות. אתם אחראים לנכונות הנתונים שאתם מזינים.

7. תכונות AI

• סריקת תמונה ב-AI מחלצת נתונים שעלולים להכיל טעויות. חובה לבדוק את הערכים לפני שמירה.
• בחשבון חינמי — 5 סריקות בחודש. ב-Premium — ללא הגבלה מעשית, בכפוף לשימוש הוגן כדי למנוע ניצול לרעה.
• "למידה מהתיקונים שלך" (Premium) משתמשת בתיקונים שלכם כדי לשפר סריקות עתידיות בחשבון שלכם בלבד, וניתנת לכיבוי.

8. Coin Premium — מנויים

• Coin Premium מוצע כמנוי חודשי או שנתי מתחדש אוטומטית, דרך App Store. המחירים מוצגים ב-App Store ובאפליקציה לפני הרכישה, במטבע המקומי שלכם.
• התשלום יחויב בחשבון ה-Apple ID שלכם עם אישור הרכישה.
• המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני תום התקופה הנוכחית. החיוב על החידוש מתבצע במהלך 24 השעות שלפני תום התקופה.
• ניהול וביטול: הגדרות האייפון ← השם שלכם ← מינויים. מחיקת האפליקציה או החשבון אינה מבטלת את המנוי.
• בקשות להחזר כספי מטופלות על ידי Apple לפי מדיניותה.
• שחזור רכישות: בחלון Premium ← "שחזור רכישה קודמת".

9. שימוש אסור

• שימוש למטרה בלתי חוקית או לפגיעה בשירות או במשתמשים אחרים.
• ניסיון לגשת לחשבונות או לנתונים של אחרים, או לעקוף מגבלות שימוש.
• הנדסה לאחור, העתקה או שימוש אוטומטי בשירות שלא בדרך הרגילה.

10. זמינות ושינויים

השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" (AS IS). איננו מתחייבים לשירות רציף או נטול תקלות, ורוב התכונות דורשות חיבור לאינטרנט. אנו רשאים לעדכן, לשנות או להפסיק תכונות.

11. סיום

תוכלו למחוק את החשבון בכל עת (איך). אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.

12. הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, E-REZULTS והמפתח לא יהיו אחראים לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או מיוחד, ובכלל זה להפסדים בהשקעות, להחלטות שהתקבלו על סמך נתוני האפליקציה, למחירים או לחישובים שגויים, לטעויות בחילוץ AI, לאובדן נתונים או להתראות מחיר שלא הופעלו.

13. קניין רוחני

האפליקציה, העיצוב, הקוד והמותג שייכים ל-E-REZULTS. אין להעתיק או להפיץ אותם ללא אישור בכתב.

14. דין ושיפוט

על תנאים אלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

15. שינויים בתנאים ויצירת קשר

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה; התאריך בראש הדף יתעדכן. שאלות: coins.support@erezults.com

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Coin (App Store name: CoinTrackLover) you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. The app is operated by Erez Cohen, E-REZULTS, Israel. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Apple's Licensed Application EULA

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms supplement it; if they conflict regarding the licence to the app, Apple's EULA prevails. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.

3. The service

Coin is a personal tool for tracking the Bitcoin and Ethereum purchases and sales you enter: portfolio value vs. invested, profit/loss, Bitcoin from credit-card rebates, price alerts, a capital-gains report, a widget and AI scanning of purchase confirmations.

• Coin does not buy, sell or hold coins, is not a wallet, and does not connect to your exchange, bank or credit card.
• Prices come from CoinGecko and may be delayed or inaccurate.

4. No investment or tax advice

All figures and calculations — including value, profit/loss and the capital-gains report (first-in-first-out matching by tax year) — are for personal tracking only, are estimates, and are not investment, financial or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional before any decision or tax filing.

5. Your account

• Sign up with email and password (verified by an emailed code) or with Sign in with Apple.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• New accounts may require approval before full access.

6. Your content

The data you enter belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

7. AI features

• AI image scanning extracts data that may contain errors. You must review the values before saving.
• Free accounts get 5 scans a month. Premium is effectively unlimited, subject to fair use to prevent abuse.
• "Learning from your corrections" (Premium) uses your corrections to improve future scans in your own account only, and can be turned off.

8. Coin Premium subscriptions

• Coin Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before purchase, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Restore purchases: in the Premium screen → "Restore previous purchase" ("שחזור רכישה קודמת").

9. Prohibited use

• Using the app unlawfully or to harm the service or other users.
• Attempting to access other people's accounts or data, or to bypass usage limits.
• Reverse-engineering, copying or automated use of the service outside normal use.

10. Availability and changes

The service is provided "AS IS". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and most features need an internet connection. We may update, change or discontinue features.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-REZULTS and the developer are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including investment losses, decisions made based on data in the app, incorrect prices or calculations, AI extraction errors, data loss, or price alerts that did not fire.

13. Intellectual property

The app, its design, code and brand belong to E-REZULTS and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes and contact
